'Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.'

'After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

'did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming'

'Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. '

'Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.'

'The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!'

'The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower'

'It was quite clean just 4 ppl in room but they only put 3 set of towel they didn’t replace the coffee and the pool opened too late .'

'The power had went out due to a blackout which is understandable but what isn’t understandable is how does it take multiple people to complain about the Wi-Fi for it to not be fixed. Also the ac doesn’t keep the room cold'

'We were on a road trip so at this point we had been to so many hotels, but this once was the best stereotypical hotel. By far the best hotel breakfast, and the rooms were bigger than my one bedroom apartment at home. Definitely would go back!'

'Place very clean ,have been there multiple times. The front lady one working day shift she need to bee more helpful and nice to guest. Beside the place is very good for the price. And the air A/C noise is an issue.'
