'The service staff at this property were great. The Meal kitchen staff were the best. Very haed working with nice service oriented training. I liked everyone I met on the staff, especially the morning breakfast staff. A young Latina lady there was super hard working! She was so diligent and cleaning always to keep everything tidy. 'The room was great and having three little kids - one of them being a newborn traveling. I needed the kitchen to clean the bottles and make sure that my kids were fed. Great morning breakfast options and even better staff! They were great to my kids and offered board games while we waited 20 mins for our room. (Early check in and out since our flight got cancelled - very accommodating) Would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself near Albany. '

'Amazing breakfast! Big spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Loved having a pool AND a hot tub. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I even saw a server at breakfast chase someone down as they were checking out and give them a big hug. It was so heartwarming to witness. We stay in hotels all the time due to our kids sports. Highly impressed all the way around with Homewood Suites in Albany!!'
