'We had a relaxing stay - 3 good friends gathering from 3 different states over holiday weekend. Enjoyed the gorgeous home. Loved the rails to trails path, which we walked 35 mins into adorable Millerton (great shops and restaurants) and would recommend bringing bikes to really get around! Loved Lakeville and the lake. restaurants - willa and the black rabbit - super yummy food, lots of veggie options too. Thank for for a lovely, lovely stay!'

'We stayed in this house last year and liked it so much we went back again. Three of us stayed very comfortably - two of us sharing a room with the twin beds, and the 3rd getting her own big bed. We spent time sitting around the kitchen table as well as hanging out in the living room. We had everything we needed, very easy and cozy. The countryside around is gorgeous, with the leaves changing colors. And the peacocks coming to visit is a bonus! Note that the house is a bit hard to find on the...
