'I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services'

'This is a unique hotel in the middle of Chautauqua Institution. We had a fantastic room and thoroughly enjoyed the history and surroundings.'

'The property is some distance away from the highway. We were aware of that and enjoyed the peace and quiet the location offered. Property is very nice both inside and out. Easy contact with owner. Reported we could not get the outside grill to light but this did not create an issue for us.'

The property location is convenient for exploring multiple fun areas and activities in North western PA and South western NY balanced with the house providing an accomodating experience. It's difficult to find a vacation rental that offers it all, so having waterfront access with kayaks, a firepit, and a hot tub helped make for a wonderful vacation '

'Everything was PERFECT!!! The beds are so comfy, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and the bathrooms were newly renovated and posh. We loved being able to use the whole house - our daughter had her own apartment, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We're looking forward to staying again someday!'
