'Beautiful townhouse with all the essentials for a home away from home. Directly across from the beach, Mickey Rats/Bay Beach Club. Evans town park. Very nice area, never loud or crowded. 'We arrived on Friday afternoon and the communication with the host was excellent with the directions. This place truly is a gem and the host was exceptionally kind. She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned. 'This property was amazing! Plenty of space, very clean, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Bemus Point and also very close to the lake. The property has an excellent layout, wonderful side and front porches, and is kid friendly. I would highly recommend and we will be staying there again in the future!'

'What a wonderful property!! Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I brought items typically not included at a property, but I didn’t need them this time! Perfect location to relax and still be close to the action. Owners were easy to communicate with and thoughtful. I would love to stay at this location or any of their other properties in the future!'

'We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. 'This property is a gem!There were very few options to rent in the area but when I saw this on the VRBO site, it was an easy decision!The pictures were accurate.The rooms were well appointed, all rooms were clean and modern.The area is very accessible to restaurants, walkable and an easy stroll to Main street.I would stay in this house again and would recommend to friends and family.'
