'Kamer met badkamer was heel goed, heel comfortabel. Bed heerlijk. Ontbijt is weinig gevarieerd. De salon en bar zouden wat gezelliger kunnen, maar smaken verschillen nu eenmaal. Meisjes aan de receptie waren zeer vrolijk en behulpzaam, en nadat ik mijn iPad vergeten had werd ik gebeld en zou men de iPad opsturen. Nog bedankt.'

'The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. It’s a super sweet hotel with friendly staff. If I had to do a recommendation I’d say add a stool because the bed is super high and I had issues getting on it.'

'Needs renovation, old junk dumped in the back of the parking lot, Fitness room basically does not exist. The people at the desk were nice though and the room was clean enough.'

'Rosemary was an excellent host.She was available if needed and precise on her directions on where to park and how to enter the cabins.Her beautiful home is on the expansive property and she greeted us upon our arrival.The cabins were clean and inviting.Guests have access to stairs down to the shore line where we were treated with beautiful sunsets! You do have to take your belongings across the lawn from the driveway,approximately thirty yards.'

'Dit is ooit een heel mooi hotel geweest met een baar en een biljart. Helaas is het nu verlopen en onze kamer stonk ook nog eens naar kattepies. Het ontbijt is wel alleszins redelijk. Op loopafstand van diverse restaurants en de Walmart.'

'This place was perfect for our needs, and adorable to boot!! Staying in the barn was not only close to my son and daughter-in-law, but it was fun too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and could even picture the parts of the barn that we were in when it was a barn. Very cool! This indeed is a great place to stay! Thank you!'

We loved the “Dolly” theme and the record player, the coffee bar was stocked and the fridge got us started with water. Quiet street, easy access to the beaches in Dunkirk, quick ride to Lily Dale. My friends and I would gladly return to this home!!'

'This property is a definite 10 rating. Virtually a new home located on a Beautiful lake that is well furnished. I stayed 4 nights with my family of 4 and entertained several guest for dinner on 2 nights. Rodney was very responsive in his communications. We plan on visiting again in the Fall for a week.'

'Three guys stayed for a fishing trip here. The neighborhood seamed a little rough but they had cameras all over the property for security. It was clean and the host was quick to respond to an entrance issue( wrong code being entered.) If was very close to the boat launch where they went on the fishing charters. They would stay again.'
