'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'When I called the service desk to report that the TV wasn't working properly, they told me they would send someone to check it, but they never sent anyone. Later that night, I called to ask if I could have a couple of pieces of cutlery brought up; again, they didn't send anyone—despite having said on both occasions that someone would come up, which never happened.'

'Good breakfast. The guy who makes the omelettes could be more polite, and less aggressive. Room was really nice however I found hair on my pillows and floor which did not belong to me. Beautifully renovated. Nice amenities. The parking situation is pretty bad. Had to find parking in the front of the hotel and the parking in downtown buffalo is pretty bad. 'There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve '

'If you love art, especially art of the past decade, you will love this hotel. The art is EVERYWHERE. It made us smile and smile. The hotel is well designed, has a very good restaurant and a well-located, lively bar, and is a 15-minute walk from the art museum/waterfront and three minutes from the riverwalk. Not a lot of restaurants close by, but we did find one very good restaurant a 12-minute walk away and the hotel's own restaurant is very good.'
