'Poor. When I got to the hotel we were not greeted as we stood at the front desk. When someone finally did ask us if we were checking in, I was told to please tap my card. Since I had prepaid for the room I asked if it was for just a damage hold. The lady at the front desk said “you have to pay to stay here.” I told her I had prepaid and she said no I didn’t. I again said that I had while pulling up the receipt on my phone and she said that it told her to collect payment for the room and again...

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off'

'Room was not properly clean and the one thing that I went there for was the jacuzzi tub and it did not work did not hold water a complete waste of money after I checked in and found out that Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I could not get in contact with anyone at the office around 9 o’clock. I was overcharged they asked for $100 even and like I said the the place was horrible. Complete waste of money.'

'Te weinig gelegenheid om te ontbijten, receptie was zowel bij inchecken als uitchecken niet bemand. Lampen ingewikkeld om aan te doen. Douche duurde heel lang voordat hij warm werd. '
