'Stayed here with school aged kids and was very happy. Room was nice and clean. Only small annoyances were no ice bucket, and the light switches for bathroom area were in weird locations. Having the toilet separated from the vanity was a huge plus with our whole family sharing and trying to get ready. Staff was super nice and helpful. 'No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again.'

'The breakfast was okay. Nothing special. Eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, bread, cereal, juice and coffee. The hotel was about 30 mins from Niagara State Park. If you don’t mind driving to/from this hotel is perfect. But if you are looking for something closer I would say look for another hotel close by. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The pool and hot tub was clean.'

'I’m obsessed with this hotel- and the fact that it’s definitely NOT haunted, but stunning, tranquil, and perfectly located so that neighboring attractions are easy to get to. Take the tour when you stay (only offered on Saturdays and Sundays) so that you can hear about its rich history AND see the closed off portion of the former institution. I would go back here for another long weekend in a minute!'
