'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'Clean room? Well the bed was made everyday and the dirty towels were removed and replaced with clean ones, but I had cut my hair a little when I was styling it and the hairs laid in the sink for 2 days. And the area around the sink was tacky from hairspray and that was never washed off. The staff were wonderful, very pleasant. I only had breakfast today. Got the savory one and it was very good. I loved the atmosphere inside the hotel, very calm and peaceful, and loved the location. so much to...

'The parking is non-existent. You must use a parking facility somewhere else in town, or use the third-party valet service. The valet service does not post their hours, which I only discovered when they had apparently closed up for the night and were not available to take delivery of my car. The front desk staff were very friendly, lovely, helpful people. The room was clean, but basic. It could have definitely used a thorough dusting.
