'We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and staff were excellent and a fun place to stay. We had an A/C issue and they did offer to move us to another room, but we were tired and it was late when we got back. Things worked out fine though and we'd gladly return again.'

'I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work.'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do.'

Great breakfast - one of the best I've had in any small hotel (scrambled eggs 2 ways, potatoes, ham, bakery items, waffles, several juice offerings, yogurt, coffee). Our room was located next to the elevator. We never heard it. We would stay again.'

'All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville.'

'The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were nice. No issues. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly. They said hello each time I entered the hotel. The parking was good. No issues with that. My family and I enjoyed our stay.'

'The front lobby seemed updated and clean, and the staff were lovely. However, our room had a musty smell, almost as if it was a smoking room for 20 years and had recently been cleaned, but you could still smell it. The carpet seemed crunchy and dirty and just overall was a lot more budget hotel than I was expecting for a Best Western.'
