'We didn’t stay and left. This property is a joke. Issues with heat and the property owner never responded. Trash on the side walk (dirty diapers), dog poop on the side walk, sticky floors, blood stained pillows and mattresses. Don’t stay here!'

'Getting the keys started off as a struggle from the key box. Upon entering found food in the refrigerator and stains on the beds and sheets. Found bugs crawling in the living room. Bathroom door was very difficult to shut and all doors were loud, creaky floors. Not 5 minutes from downtown as advertised, closer to 15. Not 15 from Niagara Falls, more like 30.'

'DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!! I cannot believe that Expedia even lists this property! The pictures on the posting looked nice. Reality was the exact opposite. The exterior was filthy from the parking lot into the building. Trash was all over and I have never seen so many cigarette butts. The most were right in front of the No Smoking sign by the front door. Additionally, all the landscaping around the curbs was totally overgrown with weeds (as high as 3 ft). Amazingly, I did not see any rodents...

'This is a lovely Victorian house that has been remodeled with lots of love and care. What makes it really special are the gardens and fireplace area which are listed on the annual Tonawanda Garden Tour. Definitely worth the visit just for that.
