The location was ideal for access to shopping, food, dining. I'll always remember this trip as Comeback 2.0 as the Bills beat the Ravens 41-40. I'd stay again at Gavin's in a heartbeat and highly recommend his VRBO to all.'

'A perfectly suited studio for my stay for the Garden Walk Buffalo. Nicely updated and was close to the areas for the garden walk. The window unit AC in the bedroom was helpful for the hot weather, especially for the 2nd floor walk-up. Nearby street parking that's relatively easy on weekends. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. '
