'This is in a nice neighborhood and a home that has been remodeled nicely. Everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The fenced in yard is great for your dogs with a beautiful lawn and fire pit and grill and table and chairs. We would have loved to hang outside but unfortunately it rained while we were there You will be happy with this rental and the communication with the owner was great.'

'Booked this place to be near a anniversary celebration for a couple we have known for years. Its was my wife and I, as well as our daughter and her 10 year old son. Its a quiet house with a nice sized yard, perfect for a game of catch with my Grandson. It is an older house but clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable, Water was nice and hot, Kerig coffee pods were provided as well as bottled water in the fridge. Like most places you might not find everything you need in the cupboard...

'This was the perfect property for our family of 5 to spend a few days. (3 kids 6-11) It's very well decorated inside and looks just like the pics. Location is central to all things Buffalo/Niagara Falls with a ton of delicious restaurants around. Communication with Kelley was perfect all the way through.There is an active set of train tracks directly across the street (behind another row of houses). 'Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river.'
