'We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed after a fun day at Darien Lake. The breakfast was very good we filled our bellies and had the energy to make the trip back home. Even though we didn’t want to leave. '

The rooms are spacious and the staff were great. The breakfast included was a grab-and-go breakfast bar with cereal, granola bars, fruit, and donuts. There is nothing hot for breakfast. Make sure you look at the Palm Island Waterpark hours. It's advertised in the name, but it was only opened for a few hours on the weekend when we came in...

'We stayed at the Attican Motel while spending the day at Darien Lake and seeing a concert that night. It is only a 15 minute drive away. The motel sits on a hill above the main road, so it was pretty quiet. The photos don’t really do it justice and it looks even nicer in person. It’s a quaint family-run establishment and care has been taken to keeps things up to date for the most part. We were very comfortable here. Two things you’ll want to be prepared for though:

'This looked like an old-style family motel, but it turned out to be a 10-star experience. Unlike the worst roadhouses we've all experienced, ragged carpets, clanking A/Cs, moldy bathrooms, this was a great stay. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.'
