'The overall experience was great. I was there with my wife and there a lot of men hanging around in the hallways and parking lot. My wife felt unsafe. If I had to leave, I told her to just stay in the room.
On a sidenote, we checked out Sunday, it is now Friday and I have not yet received my $50 deposit. I would like this addressed and looked into. It should never take this long to be refunded. Now that's bad customer service. Please contact me w/ a resolution. '

'We liked the location, the room was clean, the restaurants were in walking distance.
The only problem was we were here for 5 days our room was not cleaned until the 3rd day we had to ask housekeeping and the front desk to for clean towels and remove the trash. We finally got our room cleaned on the 4th day. For a 5 night stay our room should have been cleaned and stocked at least 2 days.'

'The night manager was a huge help, I had accidentally made 2 reservations not knowing my first one proceeded and he was such a help in getting it resolved and making sure I wasn’t charged twice. The hotel was great and in a great area with tons of restaurants and activities in surrounding area. Will be my new go to when in the area. '

'It’s a Motel 6. You get what you get. Front desk service was very good but inconsistent— one was extremely helpful when I had to change my plans, while another could barely speak English. Room was quite clean but the floor was sticky when I took my socks off. You know, what you expect from a Motel 6.'

"The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing so after all we had a happy stay."
