'The room was disgusting. There was a strip of paint coming off the ceiling, there were whiskers in the sink from someone shaving, there were clumps of hair on the floor, hair on the sheets and pillowcases, there was a part of a wrapper on the floor from the bar of soap, a hair tie on the floor, when I turned the shower on, black particles came out of the faucet, and the entire room was generally dirty. In order to close the shades, I needed to use a clip from the hanger to keep the shade closed....

'This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It was close to our venue and very convenient. The room was very clean but if you do not appreciate the smell of bleach be prepared. Bed was comfortable, large shower and bathroom and the room was spacious.'

'The hotel was very clean, has a pool, fire pit, and walking trail right out back! Right behind the outlets and only 11 minutes from the boardwalk/beach. The GM was very helpful when we needed to switch rooms due to AC not properly working. We will definitely be booking here again our next trip to Rehoboth!'

Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here.'
