'I think you need to be careful with a couple of things. 1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of.'

'To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn.'

'We stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed the historic hotel and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable in the King bedroom we stayed in. The room was adequate in size for us. My husband fell in love with the robe! He actually wore it to sleep in because it was so soft and cozy! 'It's well located near the Thruway and shopping, and reasonably priced for the amenities. The Wi-Fi login was excessively complicated.'

'The staff was very quick and supportive. Really quick service. The room itself was horrible. The a/c didnt work. The sheets for the bed had stains and hair on it. There was hardly any toilet paper on the roll. Overall sketchy as hell and had to sleep on too the sheets on my own bedding. Hire better cleaning staff or pay them more. It’s fine for a quick fix but i wont be jumping to come back. The back truck parking was nice though.'
