'Great location for a short stay in Rochester. I really like how they’ve updated this motel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was when we arrived and it took a bit to figure out the key locker thing - the linked directions were not super clear and then the key pad didn’t respond at first. We managed to figure it out pretty quickly, so no big deal in the end.'

'The night manager was a huge help, I had accidentally made 2 reservations not knowing my first one proceeded and he was such a help in getting it resolved and making sure I wasn’t charged twice. The hotel was great and in a great area with tons of restaurants and activities in surrounding area. Will be my new go to when in the area. '

'We stayed here to be close to the venue for my uncle’s memorial. This location was so nice, friendly staff, clean and quiet. We felt safe in an unknown area for us, and enjoyed the onsite food for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend for a comfortable spot.'

'The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options.'

Check-in was quick and easy, parking was convenient, and the room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering, clean towels and bed sheets, as well as a comfortable bed. All in all a good stay, and I would stay there again.'
