Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. 'Hotel was located in a nice area close to shopping and food. Only complaint is that I used a third party to make reservation for an accessible room. When I arrived at the hotel I got a regular room and the accessible rooms were booked. I blame this more on the third party for the screwup.'
