'Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well kept. The only thing we found was that the rug was not vacuumed under the pull out sofa. We found an old pill, some dirt and crumbs, but it wasn’t too bad. We did have very noisy neighbors, but that is to be expected anywhere you go, especially on graduation weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. '

'When reporting high levels of noise at 2 AM, the hotel does nothing to address the issue.'

'Front desk staff were amazing! I would stay here again simply because of the staff and cleanliness of the room. We did have 2 outlets by the bed not work which caused us to not charge our electronics correctly. '

When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. 'The rooms have a very strong humid and moldy smell. The location is convenient. Breakfast is good.'

'The room was very clean and the staff was very good and helpful. The only negative was that the door to the room was not easy to open or close properly. It needed to be fixed correctly. '

'New hotel with clean, bright decor. Parking available. Good location. Housekeeping was incredibly friendly and cheerful. Front desk okay. hot & cold beverages and fruits/snacks available all day. water pressure in the shower was very low and location of sink (outside of room bath, sink is located in main sleeping room) is strange. Practically in front of room door inside the sleeping room. Strangely arranged.'

'They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit'

'Other lodging options in this suburban Rochester area are worse. Room prices within a 25 mile radius were at peak rates— and almost all other properties were sold out. Super8, Henrietta, NY were about double normal rates for the same rooms. The refrigerator was not working and exhaust fan made loud noises but parking was easy, bathroom was clean, towels like new, and unsecured WiFi was reliable'

'This place is absolutely gross! The smell was horrible everywhere. The toilet was super dirty, the floors were gross, and the window was broken with tape on it — definitely did not feel safe at all. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway the entire time. I know it’s cheap, but honestly I would rather pay more than stay at this gross place again. I hate giving bad reviews, but people should know before booking. Do NOT stay here!'
