'Upon arrival our room was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. It was a three night stay and the housecleaning department never showed up. We made our own bed. Overheard the staff talking that there is a shortage of housekeepers. Guests should be informed of this fact as we were not. 'To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive.
