'Outside property unkepted. Weeds and garbage. Desk attendant no uniform and lacked bedside manner. Rooms rug was, sorry to say, “gross”. Bathroom 🚽 toilet didn’t work and many fixtures had “rust” all over.'

'The bed was comfortable but many cosmetic things need fixing. Stains on towels, a hole in the bathroom behind the door. Breakfast just a muffin and coffee. Location was good for a brief stay.'

'The overall experience was great. I was there with my wife and there a lot of men hanging around in the hallways and parking lot. My wife felt unsafe. If I had to leave, I told her to just stay in the room.
On a sidenote, we checked out Sunday, it is now Friday and I have not yet received my $50 deposit. I would like this addressed and looked into. It should never take this long to be refunded. Now that's bad customer service. Please contact me w/ a resolution. '

'The night manager was a huge help, I had accidentally made 2 reservations not knowing my first one proceeded and he was such a help in getting it resolved and making sure I wasn’t charged twice. The hotel was great and in a great area with tons of restaurants and activities in surrounding area. Will be my new go to when in the area. '

'We liked the location, the room was clean, the restaurants were in walking distance.
The only problem was we were here for 5 days our room was not cleaned until the 3rd day we had to ask housekeeping and the front desk to for clean towels and remove the trash. We finally got our room cleaned on the 4th day. For a 5 night stay our room should have been cleaned and stocked at least 2 days.'
