'The bar and attached restaurant was incredible, but the staff supporting the hotel was somewhat rude and condescending. Our expectation was to be able to use the hotel bar and restaurant and one of the prime reasons to book this hotel knowing we would have an all day layover. Even though we were able to use the bar/restaurant or first night, during our remining stay we were not able to as they were closed? We asked was it due to Columbus Day and we were rudely told "no it was for indigenous...

'We stay here about a dozen nights a year. We like that everything is clean and well maintained. We choose to stay here over other hotels because the pool is clean and the hot tub is hot. Especially because they are open longer than most places.
The only reason we did not give this stay 5 stars was because we were so disappointed with breakfast. The server was extremely nice, but we left, and ate elsewhere because the buffet was changed to a menu. I never minded paying for breakfast because it...

'Somewhat dated and worn, but more than adequate hotel, especially for flight related stays. Airport shuttle is very good and staff are helpful and courteous. Comfy bed, adequate pillows, small towels. No body wash in shower, but nice bar of soap available. Breakfast somewhat typical for budget hotels with some hot items, waffles, juices, yogurt, etc. but lacked variety. Coffee mediocre. Bathroom spacious with tub/shower combo. Parking is plentiful. Location is excellent.'

'I usually don’t write a review but this time I have to because I was not satisfied. Let’s start with the price that I paid of $217, not worth that price for one night. It said that it included breakfast and when I got there we were told that due to renovations they were not serving breakfast. When we got to the room we needed some stuff and the phone in the room was not working at all. The other thing was no hot water to take a bath. At night all you heard was water dripping from the bathtub...

'This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.'

'Small issue we had was poor water flow at the sink in the room. Water came out in a trickle, so then you needed to wait close to a minute to get any hot water. Not a deal breaker, but certainly a little annoying.'
