A couple of suggestions: You might tell people who are using the third floor that their window will be blocked by an unmovable quilt so as to protect them from viewers in the parking lot. You might also think of putting a clock in the room. There was no closet in our room, only a meager frame for hanging a single garment. There was a cover missing from one of the screws that held the toilet seat. The arrangement for turning on the shower is complex and was hard for...

'Great location for my purpose. The hotel was very clean. Only complaints would be that the fitness center and the main part of the hotel were too hot. AC in the room worked great though'

'Beautiful hotel'

'This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.'

'We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.'

'Pleasant stay wish I would've booked it for longer'

'I had a very disappointing stay at the Econo Lodge in Rochester, NY. The room was extremely dirty—there was hair all over the bathroom sink, the towels were stained, and the bed sheets also had visible stains. The floors weren’t clean, and the microwave was in a filthy condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make major improvvements.'

'Parking and shops nearby very convenient. The bathroom ceiling had water issues from the room above. Desk staff notified manager, but he was too busy to do anything about it. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom ceiling dropping plaster onto the toilet area.'

'Room 1 had hair(animal and human) on the floor, bed, and bathtub. No covers on the bed and questinably clean bedding. Staff gave us another room with sticky floors and Counter surfaces and questionably clean bedding. Neither room had cooking utensils as advertised. The entire building smelled of marijuanna. A full refund was given and reservation cancelled.'

'This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.'
