'Beautiful hotel'

'A very enjoyable stay. A couple of suggestions: You might tell people who are using the third floor that their window will be blocked by an unmovable quilt so as to protect them from viewers in the parking lot. You might also think of putting a clock in the room. There was no closet in our room, only a meager frame for hanging a single garment. There was a cover missing from one of the screws that held the toilet seat. The arrangement for turning on the shower is complex and was hard for...

'Great location for my purpose. The hotel was very clean. Only complaints would be that the fitness center and the main part of the hotel were too hot. AC in the room worked great though'

'This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.'

'This was a place we had picked on short notice! It met and exceeded our expectations!! The room was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent!!! Milena was very accommodating for our breakfast and was delicious!!!! Would not only stay here again but would highly recommend to others!!!'

'We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.'

The room was adequate in size for us. My husband fell in love with the robe! He actually wore it to sleep in because it was so soft and cozy! 'I arrived early from a redeye flight. The staff literally got me the 1st suite available within an hour. Thank you so much for the best hotel in Rochester!'

'This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.'

There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe.'
