'I had a horrible stay. I felt like the staff was watching me and the guests in my room from the time we checked in until the time we left. It made us very uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and they will never receive my business again.'

'The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room.'

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Breakfast food was warm, scrambled eggs were good and not watery. Only hot food sausages, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes, both mornings the same. The room was quite large with lots of chairs. However, the towels were a little woren and fraying on the edges.
