'We arrived at this row house and check in was as easy as could be. We entered and took a look around and the dwelling was better than I anticipated. Our hosts left everything for us that we needed and made check-in and check out super easy! We didn't have to empty the trash or strip the beds. It was a wonderful visit. We would definitely stay here again!'

'My daughter’s last “Romp in the Swamp” (theme) before marriage. Cute little house on the lake, very clean! Great Lake view, large deck. The only thing we had a problem with was when the lawn guy came early in the morning. He woke us up and stayed around a long time with very little yard to mow. If you’re looking for a house to stay with 8 or less people this place is highly recommended. We had a great time'

'It was very relaxing. The place was very clean and accurate described. Ann Marie was very nice and very helpful. She willingly shared her knowledge and her grapes and plums as well. The only disappointment was not being able to catch a salmon. One day I will. The place itself is all I expected from a cabin on a lake. And for us the stair climb wasn’t that difficult. Loved the use of the rowboat and canoe.i definitely would stay again. We enjoyed.'

Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. Good for a family of 4 or less.Pets:Good...

'Rented this cottage for a weekend getaway in Fingerlakes region. This cottage was a perfect in every way!'

'House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there.'

'Property was just as described. Neighbor very nice, close to lake. Fully stocked, only needed our clothes & food.'
