'We were in town visiting family and our cabin was exactly what we needed. It was perfect! It was clean, well maintained and provided all the necessities. We were even able to bring our dog which was a huge bonus. '

'The cabin was perfect for the weekend we had planned. It's clean and well stocked, pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful and the river access is excellent for wading. It's a quiet and peaceful retreat and Andy is an excellent host. We'll be back!'

'A fantastic little cottage on a very secluded little farm. The property owners, Jim and Tracy, were very friendly and accommodating. It was wonderful just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and enjoying the peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house is great for large groups, we had 7 people and had lots of extra beds. The guest house is perfect for teenagers that want to feel a bit of freedom! We came from NYC so our teenagers loved having the space. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is clean and cozy. The property it’s self was stunning. We definitely saw the eagles more than a few times. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Clean and well manicured. We spent every night around the fire pit...

'We have returned to this property year after year. Our family enjoys all the thoughtful things supplied here: firewood, grill supplies, boats, bikes, campfire chairs, line for the dog, etc. Our family only needs to pack our clothes and food! The kids spend hours on the float. We boat all day. We take walks and the neighbors we run into are kind. No road noise, so peaceful. Breathtaking view from the porch. Yes this is more of a rustic cabin - and we love that. We loved the hummingbird feeder...

'Another great stay at the River Edge Cabin!'

'This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. Would definitely recomment this for your extended families stay! '

'Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again.'

'Beautiful views, clean, spacious--it was everything we hoped for.'

'August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. Lots of activities for all ages between 2 pools and game lodge.A note to baby boomers - found out the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival is only a 1 hour drive in Bethal,NY. Interesting museum there with artifacts and...
