'Clean rooms. Nice instruction booklet - only missing wifi information. Didn't know what to do with towels/dishes but since they had a dish washer and washing machine, I put my items there. Great amenities! Would definitely stay again!'

'Excellent stay, We enjoyed our stay. Didn't realize it came with the drift boat launch, and next time I would bring my drift boat. Great communication with the host, Will be back for next stay.'

'House was great, hosts were very helpful'

'The place was perfect for us. It was only a half hour from Oneonta where my son played baseball for the week. It had everything we needed. We had a small request when we got there and the host immediately got back to us and fulfilled the request. We would stay there again!'

'This is a fantastic listing. Everything in the house is brand new and state of the art. The house is spotless clean and the owner provides everything you’ll need during your stay and even checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we wanted. The property is right on an excellent stretch of the West Branch that is full of fish- you can’t beat walking out the back door and right into the river. Spacious house. Great appliances. More than comfortable stay. Excellent fishing retreat.'

'Excellent property (clean, comfortable, very good amenities) in an amazing location, across the road from a great spot for trout on the West Branch. We’ll definitely be back!'

'I would give this property 100 stars if I could. We were so grateful when we arrived and found this house to be even better than we expected. It is super cute, extremely clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5.This home met every need, and more! It was pristine, had the most adorable decorations, and was very comfortable and cozy. It was also well cared for (it was not beat up like many other properties we have stayed in). We had plenty of towels, coffee pods, toilet...

'What a wonderful time with family. Staying at the cabin made it so much more peaceful. Deer came into the back yard. Fire at night just sitting with family. Will definitely come back!'
