'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! We enjoyed the spa- sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The somatic body movement and yoga classes helped our bodies stay loose and relaxed. We absolutely loved the prix fixe...

'The property is very clean and peaceful. The staff is nice. We only had breakfast on the property and it was great. The food was fresh. I had pancakes and syrup and the syrup did not taste like sugar. The juice bar was not open and the cafe could use more options though.'

'This was not a pleasant stay. The room was very dirty, bread crumbs and nuts all over the place, the furniture very dusty. Lots of attractions were closed, they promised a discount for a future stay but never honored it.'

'The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.'
