'We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. '

'It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. 'Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning.
