'If you are looking for a 5 star house this may not be your cup of tea. Although the house could use some maintenance the overall experience was great. Cleanliness was pretty good, like any place there are some detailed cleaning that could be done but couldn't my house too ;) Everything was clean and comfortable. 'The house was very nice, clean, cool and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a nice family breakfast. The backyard was very nice and the guys enjoyed watching sports on the big screen TV. We enjoyed the marina near by and all the deer in the park. It was beautiful. Our time on Lake Barkley was time well spent. We look forward to coming back in the future. Julie was so patient with my many questions. A great time was had by all.'

'My husband and I, his parents, and his brothers and their wives spent 4 nights at this house, very nice view of Lake Barkley and house looks exactly like the pictures, and the rental company was very easy to work with. It’s a little off the beaten path but a very nice place to hang out and relax.'

'The house seemed newly remodeled and we loved the style and overall vibe. Plenty of room for our family of 12. But no internet rendered all the TV’s and internet useless. (no dvd players on the property) Something managment was surely aware of and could have added a signal booster or at least made us aware of prior to booking. Also no gas in the grill. 'We recently stayed at this property and loved it! We had 6 kids and 5 adults. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. It had everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. The downstairs area was a perfect area for them to hangout with a pool table and large TV. The deck was nice and easy to swim or fish from.
