'Schone, grote kamer met heerlijk groot bed. Ontbijtbuffet gaf veel keus, fruit, sushi, soep, salade, brood, yoghurt. Personeel zeer behulpzaam, motoren konden in de parkeergarage.'

'Everything perfect !'

'No doubt that the property is beautiful. I gave it a low rating for a very unpleasant check-in experience. We booked a family bungalow of three bedrooms with Expedia months ahead of the trip. I even sent a request to confirm our booking. We arrived at 5pm. The front desk staff working alone looked confused with my booking. Turned out that they sold our 3bedrooms bungalow to another group. 'Alles was (wéér) perfect! Service, kamer (ruim en schoon), ontbijt. Eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. '

'Extremely helpful, friendly end English speaking staff. Do yourself a favor and be sure to have dinner at their restaurant. So glad we did because it’s Absolutely delicious!!!!!'

J'ai...

'部屋はとても綺麗でアメニティも充実しており気持ちよく過ごせました'

'We stayed here the night before we started our ha giang loop tour and was worth every second. They had more than excellent service. Very welcoming and helpful to all of our needs. The stay was very relaxing. The location was beautiful and the rooms were clean! Amazing views everywhere! The food was delicious as well! The hosts made the stay wonderful. Definitely recommend! Thank you hosts!'

I contacted the homestay in advance and asked if they could provide a suitable meal, a bottle of wine and maybe a cake to celebrate. Not really expecting a great deal considering how remote...
