'We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience. What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal.'

'Excellent position in town and perfect for Peaks Challenge event as hotel is at the start and finish line so just walk downstairs and you are there. Used indoor pool which was heated and sauna was clean.'

'Our room was clean but the heater was not working under negative 1 and snowing. No one was in the property to help us fix the issue. No one answers nor return the calls we made. Zero customer service. '
