'Property and rooms were poorly maintained and unsafe (locks would not bolt due to being cut off and/or purposely misaligned, multiple other guests wandering the halls appeared to by under the influence, and smoke alarms were disengaged and just laying on top of the furniture.) 'The pictures look great, but they don't match the reality. The rooms are extremely simple, with a fridge and a TV -- and the remote control was dead, so I couldnt find a game to watch. The sofa was very uncomfortable plastic. The shower was adequate, but not great. Also, the AC took a very long time to cool the room down despite setting it on high fan and 68 degrees. It was still 72 when I woke up the next morning. All-in-all, I would not stay again.'

'This is a great place to stay if you are doing anything near Thomaston, GA. The property is clean and well managed. In case you don’t notice about the list it is a basement rental. However it is very spacious and very quiet. It’s all on one level and the is plenty of room for up to 10 between the beds and the sofa beds.'

'The only bad thing about our stay was that we had the bad luck to have the air conditioning go out on a Sunday in a small town. We spent Sunday night with no air conditioning. However, the air conditioning was fixed by Monday morning. Everything else went well and we enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and we loved Georgia! Thank you, Geovonni.'
