'I read the reviews before booking but my experience was not like others. The staff when I checked in was very helpful and and friendly. When we got in our room there was no soap or towels. Room table nd phone was dirty. Television would not shut off when I called front desk new staff was there and told me I’d need to wait til next day. We had to sleep with the television on. When I mentioned it again at check out they said they would look at it but no apology. Breakfast was cereal and some stale...

The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. 'Cabin was very comfortable loved all the bears just made me smile!! Enjoyed sitting on the porch having coffee. Great place to relax with my sister close to the trail we went bike riding. Would definitely stay there again '

A large rain storm came the day of our scheduled departure and we requested an extension to our reservation. They generously agreed and made the extra night complimentary. This year we saw four eagles fishing on the river. Emlenton is a cute, quiet town with everything a visitor needs. Great stay!!!'
