'Very welcoming & friendly staff. Hotel immaculately clean throughtout. Our room was large and well -appointed and had all the necessary conveniences and more.
We used the Spa and pool, boyh of which were quite small but still very good. Breakfast & dinner was very good indeed and served in lovely surroundings with very polite & helpful staff. '

'A lovely location. Very easy to walk to the restaurant and attractions in the Bay (eg Millennium Centre, Techniquest). The staff were all very welcoming. Plenty of space in our room with a lovely view of the water. Breakfast was very tasty. The pool was a good size.'
