'Our first time here and we’ll definitely be returning! Ideal for the beach as it’s so close by The staff are excellent really friendly and accommodating. Rooms spacious and comfortable.slept really well . No need for duvets as room was really warm . Thoroughly enjoyed our break oh and fabulous breakfasts from choice to service and quality ingredients and served piping hot .. well done all of you '

'Great facilities, very comfortable bedding and shower facilities. Check in was awesome and they provided breakfast in a bag with pastries, fruit, water and snacks as we had to leave early. The staff was super friendly and while Conwy isn’t walkable this is still a great location.'

'We enjoyed the stay. Lovely pool and sauna. Very quiet, beautiful views from balcony. Complementary bikes so we had a nice bike ride around the bay. A bit disappointed with the service in the bar and restaurant, long wait for a pint and and overcooked poached eggs for breakfast which supposed to be made to order as from a la carte menu. Overall great stay and we will be back. '

"Zeer mooi hotel, ruime en mooie luxekamer en zeer toffe badkamer. Spa is zeer aangenaam, leuk zwembad en bubbelbad. Lekker ontbijt, personeel is behulpzaam en er is ook een gezellige bar. Het hotel is op 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Pas op er is niet voldoende parking voor iedereen en dit is extra betalen. "
