'Close to the sea/beach. One hears the waves from the hotel room windows. Excellent in house restaurants, friendliest staff and wonderfully located close to Holyhead ferry port and UK customs (relevant for my stay)'

'Our second visit and if anything it was better than our first trip which was excellent.. the hotel and parking are really lovely and all the staff were again very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel .. superb breakfast run like clockwork by Sue everything freshly cooked from a lovely menu
We were allocated a lovely triple room but as my 89 yr old mum would have struggled with the over bath shower the lovely staff were quick to sort the problem out with another room with walk in...

'We stayed in a family room for two nights and overall had a good stay. The room was comfortable with nice view, but housekeeping needs improvement. There were sweets left from the previous guest on arrival, the toilet had a bad smell with no refresher, and the toilet tissue was partially used and not properly replenished we ran out on the last day and eventually gave up calling reception.
We also assumed housekeeping was daily, but it wasn’t, and we had to request service after running out of...
