'This resort is a perfect place to relax from busy work. Beautiful scenery in the mountains straight from the swimming pool. Good restaurants and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good SPA.'

'Everything about the inn was fabulous, down to the heated floors in the bathroom. The ladies in the office were great, breakfast was delicious, the room was very well appointed. The only improvement I would offer is that I would recommend that they check out their mattresses. The one in our room sloped downward from the center. We fixed it by putting one of the large bed pillows under the mattress and it was great after that.'

'OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.'

'Every detail was so thought out, the staff were so nice and accommodating. It was the best weekend. The sky side restaurant was our preference with simpler, but delicious meals. The pool was great, and the service for drinks was quick!'

'The shampoo bottle was half full, package of silverware was opened, the plate behind the faucet in bathroom was off, we had 3 people in the room not enough towels had only enough for 1 person, they need to defrost the refrigerator because of real thick ice buildup, did not give us the room that I reserved but still charged me the same price, no strip on toilet to let us know if it was clean or not, toiletries were not enough for 3 people really not even enough for 1 person, stains on the pillows...

'I booked this for my wife's Birthday...it was a surprise and she was very happy and pleased. The cabin was cozy and romantic. We had dinner at McLemore. We strolled thru Cloudland Canyon State Park. Also nearby was Rock City and Ruby falls which was also beautiful.'

'The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the grass was tall. Look like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. Other then that everything was perfect. The house was very clean, couldn't tell that they were a pet friendly place. The house is tucked in a quite neighborhood right off of 75 and an exit away from East Ridge TN.'
