'This resort is a perfect place to relax from busy work. Beautiful scenery in the mountains straight from the swimming pool. Good restaurants and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good SPA.'

'The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....'

'OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.'

'The shampoo bottle was half full, package of silverware was opened, the plate behind the faucet in bathroom was off, we had 3 people in the room not enough towels had only enough for 1 person, they need to defrost the refrigerator because of real thick ice buildup, did not give us the room that I reserved but still charged me the same price, no strip on toilet to let us know if it was clean or not, toiletries were not enough for 3 people really not even enough for 1 person, stains on the pillows...

'When you get there take the time to walk the facility and ask around, they don’t always tell you everything there is to do. Eat up at the Creag later in evening and sit outside when the sun goes down, take in the views as the sun sets. Check in early and they’ll hold your luggage, then you can get more time at the resort. A lot of complimentary drinks and things they do got you in special occasions so ask or tell them whet your there for. Try the spa , and come early and stay later to use...

'The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the grass was tall. Look like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. Other then that everything was perfect. The house was very clean, couldn't tell that they were a pet friendly place. The house is tucked in a quite neighborhood right off of 75 and an exit away from East Ridge TN.'
