'Our room was clean and equipped with both a refrigerator and a microwave, which made our stay more comfortable. The staff was friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel's location is very convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. A nice bonus is the attached restaurant, Two Chicks. We enjoyed a meal there before continuing our trip. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was just as friendly and welcoming as the hotel staff....

'Been staying at the Whitney Peak Hotel for more than twenty years. It has gone downhill recently - probably related to the Hilton purchase. Some of the staff seem to be out-to-lunch. Asked for a restaurant recommendation and was directed to Denny's. Not OK. The Whitney Peak is still the only hotel in Reno I am aware of that does not have a casino and does not allow smoking. Still important to me. Room was clean. Bedframes appear to have been replaced with cheap junk. Headboards too. Very hard to...
