'I recently stayed at the Trumbull and Porter Hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself was okay—nothing special, but not terrible either. It was generally clean, though the concrete floors with area rugs weren’t ideal. The rugs in our room were noticeably stained. The biggest issue, unfortunately, was safety. 'One of the worst hotel rooms I've EVER had in my life. Right next to a STAFF elevator that goes all day and all night. An air conditioner that would not stop at night and froze the room. When we turned the heat on in the morning, it ran for a minute or two and then kicked over to air conditioning again no matter what we did. I feel you guys should have paid us to stay in that room!
