'Excellent hotel and service staff outstanding!'

'The theming, staff, bars, coffee/breakfast area were all top notch. The room was unique, there is a spiral staircase with a small room on the second floor of the room where the bed is. The theming really is impressive, every detail is unique from the couches, to the lamps and lights/ambiance. The building is older and the elevator is kinda slow but it somewhat adds to the experience. I would stay here again.'

'Room was great, Applebee's inside hotel was delicious and the staff was wonderful. 19th floor view was amazing... We could see both the water front and down town city. Only issue we had was shower had a drip that lasted about 30 minutes after showering, that was hitting the metal piece in the shower and we weren't able to turn our heat down, 76°. Ugh! '

Fantastic view. comfortable beds awesome bathroom with shower. Great security and valet parking on site. Restaurants and bars located within the hotel and directly attached next door.
