'Accommodatie is centraal gelegen aan een drukke weg; vooral op de hogere verdiepingen is meer geluidsoverlast door t verkeer; koelkast was niet aanwezig, toilet moest tweemaal worden gerepareerd en de waterdruk op de 4e verdieping was onvoldoende. Personeel was attent; ontbijt zeer eenvoudig en eenzijdig.'

'I stayed at the HomeSuites for several nights while attending a nearby conference. The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Water bottles were refreshed daily. The staff was attentive to any requests or questions. The restaurant (Swan) and the bar (Vanity) were both delicious and welcoming. I appreciate all efforts of the team to ensure the stay was enjoyable. '

'My room was one of the nicest I have ever had in Freetown and I have been traveling to Freetown since 1999. A comfortable bed and a very clean and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but the lack of AC in the large room is a bit uncomfortable in the hot season.'

'We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. '

'The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.'

'This is a nice new property in Freetown. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The AC worked well. Breakfast was good. Nice location right next to Lagoonda restaurant one of the best places to eat in Freetown. We will stay again in the future.'
