'I had some issues with the temperature in my room as it would not get cool despite setting it low. They were very responsive in the morning and sent someone to fix it. The value for the money was overall good. Did not use jacuzzi bath but was there for those who would want to. Decorated in theme with the location - cute gift shop.'

'We will check in at 10:00 p.m. they give us a room we went there, it's already been occupied. Then we went to front desk they gave us another room at third floor it's also occupied. Finally we wait for the room to cleaned. Hallway an the room full of stinky smell. No toilet paper in washroom. Washroom light switch has loose connection, we left the light on for all night. Very uncomfortable stay'
