'Ethan was great to work with and the tranquility of Garfield was a perfect fit for our family. The drive into Pullman is picturesque and it was nice to be out of the all the University energy. The accommodations were easy to access and felt safe and comfortable. We would come back again, it was a perfect choice for a quick weekend getaway to enjoy visiting your kids at WSU...Go Cougs!'

Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman.'

'We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment more inviting than the photos would indicate. And its features--in the bathroom and kitchen--were state of the art. We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'
