'I booked a Junior Suite with a King bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This is more expensive than a standard double queen. Here is what happened beginning at 10:00 pm: * I went to make up the sofa bed, and there were no linens or extra blankets. Before I could call down, * My daughter stepped in a BIG wet spot on the side of the bed. * I called down to let reception know, and I was told there were no more Junior Suites (fair) available. I asked for another room, and I had to go down to reception...

'The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I...

'Very clean and comfortable room; nice staff. Breakfast buffet was what you would expect. Convenient to have a bar/cafe in the lobby and nice touch to have free cookies in the lobby in the evening. Located in sort of a strange place near the airport (out by itself) so no close food or entertainment options - but that is fine if you have a car. Was a pretty good place for the cost.'

'The room was a good size, especially with a dog. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looks very clean.'

'The room and check in staff was excellent. We were just disappointing in the breakfast. The coffee served at the restaurant was like flavored water. Almost like tea. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive even though there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. We got the eggs Benedict with brisket and the meat tasted weird. Not spoiled weird but just a weird flavor that didn’t taste like brisket.'

'Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

'The hotel is in historical downtown Spokane, a little hard to find the parking but we were able too, the hotel is amazing in good shape, old and high ceilings, so beautiful. Breakfast was included and there is an elevator. As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel to my clients and anyone that wants to stay in a character hotel. We will be back.'
