'I would recommend supper clean and excellent communication. My daughter and I attended a wedding and I felt so bad because I didn't think we were going to make it the 1st night because it was so late but the host was so nice and said it was ok and to just come on and we arrived at about midnight and they welcomed us. My daughter loved all the livestock and how quiet it was in the country. If we ever go down that direction again I wouldn't mind staying there again'

'To start it's a wing of what looks to be a retirement home. It's poorly remodeled, pealing cabinets, painted sinks and bath. Bath was Rusty around the drain and the mat to stand on looks so nasty I put a towel to stand on. The bed was extremely old and worn, with cheap polyester sheets and. A comforter that appears to be 10 years old. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures. Not sure how or where they claim to have gotten a high rating in 2025. Don't waste your money'

'Cute and located within 30 min to the border. The apartment was in a safe area and has a nice vibe. Check-in instructions are provided same day. The owner was very nice when I had questions. '

'The first thing my husband had to fix the lock, need a better couch, no paper towels, need bigger coffee filters, there were no garbage bags, the air fresheners were empty, there were nails in the floor my husband had to hammer back down but other than that it was clean.'

'It was nice and secluded. A nice table to eat on would make it better. A little bigger refrigerator. The hamper is not necessary in the bathroom. Overall nice room for price. Extra toilet paper.'
