'Horrible experience and horrible staffing. Rooms were dirty, broken closet door , cockroaches in rooms. I was moved 3x and there was cockroaches in 2 different rooms. Went to complain to the front desk and they were rude pretty much blaming the situation on me. I stayed 1 night after being moved from 3 different rooms and they charged me for 2 nights. The 2nd night was charged because I let them know after 11am that there was cockroaches in the room even though I explained to them I had left...

'This was a last minute stay I took a chance hoping for the best. It was kinda hard to get to the entrance with out missing it at least once. I was greeted so nicely I believe was the owner. This was a super nice place to stay and with my dog u usually get the not so nice room u know that one that just stinks of dog urine not here, the room was very nice and had carpet. I'm a dog owner my dog goes with me everywhere So getting nice rooms is unheard of really. I would highly recommend the lone...

'The room was clean except the bathroom. It looked like it was gone over in a hurry. Out of the two towels we were given one had nasty stuff on it. The shower had two conditioner bottles instead of a shampoo and conditioner bottle. When we checked in it was so hot in the lobby it made me nervous the whole thing was out but thankfully our room wasn't that bad. The lobby was horrible though. Way too hot. 'We did not say because we rented the room specifically for the pool and the hot tub use over the weekend and when we got there they did not have a pool or a hot tub it was false advertisement I was very disappointed. The one good thing they had going for him is they did refund my money All except for the money that I had to pay on Expedia so I was out 20 bucks and I had to find somebody at the last minute that had a pool and/ or a hot tub.'

'Everything was great! No door bedroom though just abs FYI if need privacy. Was fine for us since we’re all family. Host was very communicative and let us stay longer than check out upon request. Great stay! Beautiful in the morning.'
