'We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11.'

'A woman setting up the breakfast bar was very friendly and helpful. Evening staff person was not friendly and not available at front desk for long period of time. Shower gel was empty'

'The location was great and the room was clean, but as soon as we walked in, there was a strong musty smell. Fortunately, we quickly noticed that the bathroom sink was missing its drain stopper, so we were given a different room. However, the new room also had a musty smell, although it was less noticeable than in the first one. The air conditioning was also much too loud for our liking. We won’t be staying here again.'
