'The elevator smelled terrible. One did not work at all. The toilet didn’t flush well and the sink drained really slow'

'Yes the room was very clean and soon as the tv would not work I reached out to the office and he came on down when saw he could not fix he asked would I mine changing rooms I said no problem he than went to get another room and bought the card backs and helped me move my things to the next room great customer service '

'Front desk was rude,are room had stains all over bed covors the restroom floor was coming apart,the front desk(woman)came outside to the pool area an yelled my at 7year old for screaming.we told her mam yall have a big bee hive by thus tree right here she still was very unprofessional.'
