'The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.'

'Everyone was incredible friendly and helpful from the time we checked in, guidance in local eating recommendations, greeted when we returned in the evenings, and even helping me MacGyver a tube to protect concert posters for the flight home. (Special shout out to Christina!) The hotel is only about 15 minute walking distance from the Dickies venue and felt to be very safe area. 'The front desk people were wonderful! Hyllary (check_in) went above and beyond. Great advice and even arranged transportation for me the next morning. Maquita (morning clerk) was so friendly and helpful. And Vanessa, (Assistant General Manager) was fantastic. There were others, also helpful and friendly while eating breakfast. Only negative....bed was worn out. Lumpy and very uncomfortable no matter which way I turned.'

'Omni Fort Worth downtown lived up the 5-star Omni standard. They are simply the best. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff are hospitable and helpful with valet and bellhop services. Amenities are top notch with a really nice bar area and steakhouse. Starbucks is attached to the Omni but if there is a convention going on, be prepared to wait. Very convenient to the convention center (right across the street). 'Very nice hotel, but be aware that parking is NOT free. You'll have to pay for separately for parking on the hotel property, about $18/day at time of this review. We did not use any of the dinning options, but they looked reasonably nice.'
